What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
• Structural problems with the setting
• Loose prongs caused by a production defect
• Loose accent stones, such as hidden halo or pave stones, when the cause is a manufacturing defect and it happens within the first 6 months. After that, stone loss is generally treated as normal wear.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, misuse or exposure to harsh chemicals
• Lost or stolen jewellery
• Engraving. Its durability is not guaranteed, especially after resizing, polishing or wear.
• Damage caused by repair or modification by anyone other than us

Repair or modification by a third-party jeweller may void this warranty, so please contact us first.

How to make a claim

Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We reply within 1 to 2 business days to confirm whether it is covered and explain the next steps, including how to send the piece to us.

Repairs outside the warranty

If an issue is not covered, we may still be able to repair your piece for a reasonable fee. Ask us for a quote.

Regular care helps your piece last. See our care guide, and have your stones checked by a professional every 6 to 12 months.
