Exchange policy

If a piece is not quite right, you can ask to exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

How exchanges work

The same conditions apply as for returns: the piece must be unused, unworn and unaltered, in its original packaging with all certificates and documentation.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the new piece costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund or credit the difference.
Custom, personalised and engraved pieces cannot be exchanged.

To request an exchange

Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the piece you would like instead and photos of the piece you have. We reply within 2 to 3 business days with the next steps. Return shipping for an exchange follows our refund and returns policy.

Ring size exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you may prefer a complimentary resize within 30 days instead of an exchange. Contact us and we will help you choose between resizing and remaking the ring.

Buy-back and trade-in

We do not currently offer a buy-back or trade-in programme. If that changes, the terms will be published here.
